We have successfully incorporated NextGen Value Investing Sàrl, a dedicated company for VingeGPT in The LHoFT - Luxembourg House of Financial Technology in Luxembourg. Incorporation in front of the notary happened yesterday.

As I always say, I have no clue where this project will bring us but since November 2023 when we decided to build this GPT to support investors accross the world with Adriano BIDOLI my co-founder, the project continues to grow with our user base and this incorporation in Luxembourg is another big milestone moving forward.
