Meet Our Founders
VingeGPT was founded by a team of experienced investors, data scientists, and technologists who shared a common vision — to make professional-grade investment intelligence accessible to everyone.
With backgrounds spanning Wall Street, quantitative research, and artificial intelligence, our founders understand both the power of deep financial analysis and the value of simplicity. They created VingeGPT to bridge the gap between raw financial data and smart decision-making.
Their mission is to democratize investing by turning complexity into clarity — using AI that’s built on real-world investor strategies, not just theory.
Our Founders
Stephanie Baldinucci
brings an extensive knowledge as a seasoned private banker and business manager to the team. She holds an MBA from Solvay Business School (Belgium) and an Executive MBA from ICN Business School (France).
Sophie Carrera
advises CEO on communication matters. She has a strong business management background in FMCG/Retail and holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Université de Metz (France).

has joined the team on May 1st 2025, strengthening our Marketing efforts bringing a huge expertise and experience in international & digital marketing. She is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the technology, consulting, and tourism sectors across Europe where she held senior regional marketing roles at leading international companies, specializing in strategic marketing operations and communications.
Vinley: Born from Innovation
Candi Carrera and Adriano Bidoli, the creators of Vinley embarked on this project shortly after OpenAI introduced the possibility of developing custom GPT models during its inaugural developer conference on November 6th, 2023.
This innovative announcement opened up new avenues for creating specialized artificial intelligence systems tailored to specific domains or tasks. Recognizing the potential to revolutionize value investing through AI, both founders quickly leveraged this opportunity to design Vinley.
Adriano Bidoli
is co-founder of Vinley with a strong value investing background. Adriano is a very experienced mechanical engineer with a Masters Degree from University of Liège (Belgium) and also holds an MBA from Université de Lorraine (France). He also lately earned a Certification in Artificial Intelligence from prestigious INSEAD business school.
Nicolas Catallo
has officially joined the Vinley team end of October 2025 as crypto expert bringing his exceptional expertise in the field of cryptotokens. Based in Luxembourg, Nicolas will bring rigorous fundamentals and thoughtful analysis to the crypto space, where volatility often overshadows real value.
El Mowafak Salim
joined the Vinley team mid of September 2024 as operations engineer in charge of monitoring VingeGPT's reliability and performance, bringing his technology expertise to the team. Based in Luxembourg, "Maw" will allow us to scale more rapidly our operations and more specifically our reliability and performance processes as we continue to grow.
Mireia Camarasa
has joined the team in July 2025 and acts as Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs. Mireia brings deep legal and regulatory expertise from her background of contractual relations and juridical matters. She will support our legal strategy and governance as we grow globally.
Kevin Lloyd
has joined the team in August 2024 and acts as Strategic Technology Advisor. He brings a wealth of experience and deep expertise in technology strategy, ensuring the best possible technology decisions as we innovate and push the boundaries of what's possible in financial AI.
Samridh Srivastava
has officially joined the Vinley team end of August 2024 as the lead developer for our backend infrastructure, bringing his exceptional expertise in artificial intelligence, AWS EC2 and automation to the table. Based in India, Samridh has been a driving force behind the remarkable performance and quality enhancements that Vinley has seen since the end of July.
Candi Carrera
is co-founder of Vinley with a technology and business management background having served as Microsoft Country Manager for Luxembourg from 2014 to 2022. He holds an MBA from Université de Lorraine (France) and is an INSEAD Certified Independent Board Director.
joined the team in December 2024 and acts as Financial & Investor Relations lead. brings a unique blend of expertise in financial management as an investment manager, CFO, and board member that will undoubtedly strengthen us. With strategic insights from serving on the boards of over ten startups, he excels in delivering tailored financial strategies that drive growth and value creation.
